I definitely don't have all the answers, but I know that as long as people keep sharing ideas like this, the truth will eventually reveal itself and maybe it can make a difference somewhere.

Thank you to everyone who stopped to donate today! The people just keep coming.... It is truly inspiring! Listeners have cleaned out the Target on 44th Street of all donation items that are requested! People are dropping off monry and checks. A Union dropped off their leftover hot dogs and hamburgers for us to feed our volunteers. A listener brought us a grill to use. Homeless people are bringing the little money they have, and donating their precious time. We are on our 4th load of new goods! We have an office FULL of used car seats, strollers, walkers for the elderly, tv's that we will also try to match with families. Within 10 hours, our community has done more than our federal government did in five days, seems to be the general consensus of everyone unloading their packed cars!

There are over 215,000 SURVIVORS of Katrina in Texas.
Eight other states are currently accepting survivors and making the necessary arrangements for housing, education and assisting with job placement.

This particular template has no sidebar space for links..HOWEVER the blog I made up for Rossi has the exact same template and my man, Michael, wrote a link list into the template. If you want a link list on the sidebar I can do that for you
